June 30th

9:00pm | Beavis and Butt-Head Do America (1996) Animation Wednesday returns! I haven't watched this since the 90s, but I have so much faith in Mike Judge by now that I'm confident it's probably pretty damn good. And not for nothin', but I know for a fact the soundtrack is a goddamn masterpiece, cuz I bumped that shit personally in my boombox then, and I still will today.
Starring: Mike Judge, Robert Stack, Zombie, RHCP, Ozzy, Rancid, AC/DC, and my boy Engelbert Humperdinck with a beautiful rendition of "Lesbian Seagull"

June 28th

9:00pm | Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris (1999) So, since I can't do Tuesday nights anymore but still love my sequels, I'm switching Two for Tuesday to Monday. And naturally we'll be starting with part 3! In this Kaiju masterclass, the flying turtle monster Gamera is challenged by unknown up-and-comer Iris who is psych-bonded to a girl who found her as a baby monster to exact revenge for her parents' death? and there's some flying-ass pterodactyl fuckers muckin' about.
Starring: Shinobu Nakayama, Ai Maeda, Yukijirô Hotaru

June 26th

9:00pm | The Ladykillers (2004) Coen Bros movie that kinda went under the radar as far as I'm concerned. I mean, compile the following: Tom Hanks, heist movie, Coens, digging a tunnel... sign me up! Although, it is one of their very few based on outside works, so maybe that's the shortcoming. Good flick though nevertheless!
Starring: Tom Hanks, Marlon Wayans, Irma P. Hall, J.K. Simmons, Stephen Root

June 24th

9:00pm | Bad Milo (2013) Well I normally don't go for movies specifically about scat... but I just can't resist the cast here! Expecting an extended CBB sketch to be honest.
Starring: Ken Marino, Gillian Jacobs

June 23rd

9:00pm | Il Mare (Siworae) (2000) This is the Korean film that The Lakehouse was based on. It's a supernatural romance story about a time-traveling, letter-sending mailbox. Is it a Supermance? or maybe a "Rompernatural"? Hell yeah it is. Imma bouta cry some man tears, bro!
[sent from my hotmail 20 years ago]
Starring: Gianna Jun, Kim Mu-saeng, Lee Jung-jae

June 21st

9:00pm | Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004) "Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive, Dodge." No this isn't /r/dogecoin. This is a serious movie about a serious subject, the titular Dodgeball. If you can dodge the dip, you can doge a ball. Wait, is this dogecoin? I'm very confused about what is money and what is not these days..
Starring: Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller, Rip Torn, Christine Taylor, Stephen Root, Justin Looooong

June 20th

9:00pm | Midsommar (2019) Happy Solstice!! A24 slowburn horror drama that supposedly either tickles your fancy like no horror movie ever, or makes you absolutely despise indie/arty attempts at the genre. Myself? I guess I'm probably somewhere in the middle at loving "Leprechaun 2", but feeling a little flat on "Leprechaun 4: In Space".
Starring: Florence Pugh, I Think I know Will Poulter, other Swedes

June 15th

9:00pm | Star Trek: Nemesis (2002) Number One is getting married to Number Trois. Cap has an unexpected Romulan relative that wants to make good with the Federation, or do they? This is it for our TNG era sequels, friends! A nice set of super-eps with much to love!
Starring: The usual eye-candy - Stewart, Frakes, Spiner, Burton, Dorn, McFadden, Sirtis, as well as an early Tom Hardy!

June 14th

9:00pm | Team America: World Police (2004) Raunchy, sophomoric, and somehow whip-smart satire on all things entertaino-politico. This is Music Monday as it should be, filled to the brim with dick jokes from poorly conceived and executed puppets. Great songs too!
Starring: Trey Parker, Matt Stone

June 8th

9:00pm | Leprechaun 4: In Space (1997) Ol' chuckle-buckle kidnaps an alien princess in order to usurp the throne or some idiotic dipshittery. Marines from Earth try to stop him, and problably knowingly or unknowingly steal a single piece of his gold. Wackiness ensues. Launching into orbit waaaayyy early in a series may seem like a bad idea, but this is Leprechaun we're talking about! It goes: Small Town America -> Vegas -> Space. Perfectly reasonable! And with all my Doge, I might even skip Vegas!
Starring: Warwick Davis, Brent Jasmer, Debbe Dunning

June 5th

9:00pm | This Girl Is Badass!! (2011) My absolute favorite girl-kickasser, JeeJa Yanin (Chocolate, Raging Phoenix) does a little indie to-do here, let's see what it's workin' with!
Starring: JeeJa Yanin, Petchtai Wongkamlao

June 3rd

9:00pm | Tucker and Dale vs. Evil (2010) All I know is these college kids keep killin' themselves all over our property!
Starring: Alan Tudyk, Tyler Labine, Katrina Bowden

June 2nd

9:00pm | Navy Seals (1990) Elite military troup takes on cold war era terrorists and missiles. There will be heated ethical arguments, big ol' blammos, and undoubtedly countless weaponry that has no excuse to work unless it were kept in a ziplock bag the whole time, per boat-law.
Starring: Charlie Sheen, Michael Biehn, Bill Paxteen
